Where do you shoot?: We create most of our business-related images indoors, either in our studio or at your place of business. If your industry is nature-oriented or if your style calls for an outdoor location, as long as the weather cooperates, we'll go just about anywhere in the area. And YES, with a little planning we gladly travel anywhere in the world.
How far in advance should I book my session?: While we can usually squeeze in an express headshot on fairly short notice, our custom sessions require a little extra planning. We often book up several months in advance, so go ahead and get your session locked into the calendar as early as possible. You'll want to allow plenty of time for wardrobe planning, extra shopping, suit alterations and grooming essentials like manicures, haircuts and root touch ups.
Is retouching included?: Yes, basic retouching is included for the images you choose. This includes discreet skin smoothing, softening of shadow lines, stray hairs, and tooth whitening. More elaborate work such as slimming, hairstyle adjustments, opening eyes, or fixing wayward lingerie straps may require an added fee, but 99% of the time we take care of all that before we ever release the shutter.
How do I pick and receive my images?: We'll sit down together after your session to view and select your favorite poses. Our proven system makes selection easy and fun.
What else do I need to know?: Don't worry about a thing. When you call to schedule your appointment, we'll talk you through the entire process and answer any questions you may have.
