It's my new pedicure, a gift from the dogs. While you can't make out their shape, they are both in the reflection. For this I adjusted the tones and yanked them around a bit in curves and then added a watercolor filter from photoshop. Nothing as lovely as some of the WC effects that others in this community have perfected, but it's still an interesting touch. Shelly > August 18, 2008 Fete Noel This beautiful family asked me to take portraits that they could use for their Christmas card -- but they didn't want to look particularly "Christmas-y" Okay . . . I need to do some research on finding and using the appropriate accent marks to go with this headline, but I couldn't resist using a feet shot because the DP community seems to have a fantastic foot fetish. We have some awesome photos . . . and I believe the family will be pleased, but the ZOWIE will come with a bit of PP work. I'm a bit overwhelmed, however, with the workflow issues because I want to be able to demonstrate the finished products but should probably let the family select their images and THEN do magic on them. Going a little bit crazy this week . . . but hopefully once we get past a new PP learning curve it will all be worthwhile. So . . . Whaddaya think? The chair in the background distracts me, so I think I'll work on it next.
